Donya McLeod is an Occupational Therapist at multiple Ginger Health locations. She was born and raised in the great state of Alaska and received training at the University of Washington in Seattle. She has worked all over the United States and even worked for 8 years in Scotland. When she is not working, she loves to sew and especially loves the creativity involved in sewing costumes for school musicals and plays.
One thing that inspires Donya is to provide each patient with the best therapy possible. When she is not at work she is thinking about her patients and trying to come up with new ways for them to reach their goals. Her Dad’s voice is always in her head, reminding her to never do anything halfway, helping her to be all in on what she does. Through the work Donya does as an Occupational Therapist, she hopes to improve the quality of her patient’s lives and to have a lasting effect on what they can do and how well they can do it.
