Delana is Ginger Health’s exceptional Operations Manager. She is an accomplished and goal-driven executive offering more than 20 years' extensive experience with management and tactical business leadership. Her expertise spans business administration and change management.

She thrives on seeing growth in the people around her and by achieving optimal results through her competent planning, organization, and solution-oriented approaches. Being a former US Army Combat Veteran, Delana is a diplomatic leader and analytical thinker who quickly reached the rank of E5/Sergeant while also graduating with Distinguished Honors in the military. Amongst her many accomplishments, she also served combat deployment as a quartermaster/logistics officer and earned a medical degree that led to her working in the radiology field.

Delana has a strong work ethic, always exhibits Integrity, and is loyal to her core. You can find her snuggled up next to her adorable kitten when she isn’t efficiently running multiple Ginger Health locations. Through the work that Delana does at Ginger Health, she hopes that she can inspire and cultivate productive and positive relationships between all of our employees and patients.
